Chalet Host/Cook - France
As a Chalet Host your responsibilities will include overseeing the smooth running of your chalet providing catering and housekeeping for guests and keeping within the set budgets.
You will provide excellent quality meals and present your chalet to a high standard for between 4 and 18 guests. This involves preparing breakfast, afternoon tea and a four course evening meal including canapés, plus daily housekeeping and entertaining your guests. You will also be required to provide lunch for the children in Esprit chalets. In our larger chalets there are opportunities for friends and couples to run the chalet together.
It will be expected that as a Chalet Host you will have a passion for good food and excellent guest service. You should have a friendly and outgoing personality, with excellent organisation and communication skills.
As well as the skills related to your role you will also be required to assist with other physical duties such as deliveries, snow clearing, assisting with luggage and lifting. You will be expected throughout the season to fully support the chalet programmes in your resort.
