- My client in the travel industry sector is looking for a Support Analyst. You will be managing their travel system and website to ensure the smooth running. You will get involved in testing, fault resolution, logging issues, providing support to the call centres with system queries and working closely with suppliers of Accommodation and flights. You will need good support experience, ideally 1st line only, Windows and website knowledge. Travel industry experience would be beneficial but not essential.
